The Dance of Unfading Colors
Thanks to our special and advanced DYE technology, we offer our customers dyeing services of the highest quality standards. In our facilities, we completely automate the dyeing process of knitted fabrics with a fully automatic dye and chemical dosing unit, ensuring maximum color repeatability between dye lots and minimizing color deviations.
Continuous Operations
In our facility, we have 2 Tube Continuous Scutching Machines, 2 Open Width Continuous Scutching Machines, and 1 Pad Batch Machine. Our facility processes an average of 40 tons of continuous scutching and 10 tons of discontinuous dyeing daily. Our customized machines, specifically selected and designed for our facility, enable us to produce products that prioritize customer expectations and satisfaction by combining our high-tech infrastructure and valuable human resources.
Knit Dye House
We have a total of 40 advanced technology dyeing machines, along with 2 continuous washing machines, 2 balloon squeezing machines, and 3 wet-open machines designed with great care to meet a wide range of color requirements. These modern machines exhibit high performance in terms of both quality and environmental compliance, fully complying with OEKOTEX-100 standards.
With a daily production capacity of 40 tons, our manufacturing facility is a leader in the industry. Our high-capacity dyeing machines are designed to ensure high-quality and homogeneous color results on fabrics. Continuous washing machines and balloon squeezing systems are used to manage production processes effectively and maintain the desired properties.
Our facility aims to combine technological superiority and compliance with OEKOTEX-100 standards, aiming to maintain high-quality production while ensuring environmental and quality management standards.
Apre and Sanfor Operations
Our facility, with a daily production capacity of 75 tons, achieves high-performance production with an industry-leading machine lineup. Within this facility, we have 11 Ramöz Machines. Additionally, we have a production line equipped with 10 Open Width Sanfor Machines with a daily production capacity of 55 tons. To manage production processes with precision, we also have 8 Tube Sanfor Machines with a daily production capacity of 30 tons.
In our facility, 6 Sizing and 1 Brush machine, each with a daily production capacity of 10 tons, are also in operation. These machines optimize the final processes of fabrics, ensuring high quality and standard compliance.
Our capacities and technological infrastructure are designed to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive position in the industry. All of these features aim to maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Quality Control
A 4-point error system report is prepared for every knitted fabric cone produced. In the quality control laboratory, various tests are conducted according to customer requirements for each production batch. With a daily production capacity of 60 tons, we provide service with 18 Automatic Cone Control Machines.
Physical Laboratory
In the Kasar Dual Test laboratory, all fabrics in each batch of production undergo various durability and physical tests. Fabrics are tested with devices under standard conditions of 65% ±4 humidity and 20°C ±2 temperature.
Applied Tests
Colorfastness to Washing, Water Resistance, Perspiration Resistance, Rubbing Fastness, Phenolic, Yellowing, Dimensional Changes After Washing, Twisting After Washing, Pilling Test (ICI Pilling Test, Martindale Pilling Test), pH, Grammage, Width, Tensile Strength, Tear Strength, and Elasticity.
Chemistry Laboratory
The chemistry laboratory consists of 3 main sections: circular knitting dyeing, pad batch dyeing, and chemical analysis.
Recipes are created using an automatic pipetting machine with the guidance of expert colorists via computer instructions. Daily, we have a total of approximately 700-750 different colors. Preliminary measurements of fabric conditioning are made using Datacolor spectrophotometers. Tests such as formaldehyde, pH, etc., are applied according to OEKOTEX-100 standards to each batch.
